The hotel has a stunning building and location, creating a beautiful atmosphere. While the restaurant serves excellent food, I found the service to be lacking during my visit, especially at the spa, which was disappointing due to cleanliness issues. The staff were friendly but seemed overwhelmed, which affected the overall experience. Despite the potential, I left feeling that the establishment needs to focus on maintaining standards and improving service to truly reflect its luxurious offerings.

However, there were issues with the gas supply affecting our first night's supper and the breakfast bacon being cold, which was disappointing given the high price point.
